We understand that when you need orthopedic support, time matters. That’s why we work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
1 Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment after your payment has been confirmed.
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Peak Season: 2-3 business days (during holidays and promotional periods)
- Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Tracking: Included
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: Additional fees apply (calculated at checkout)
- Tracking: Included
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: Premium shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout)
- Tracking: Included with signature confirmation
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3 Free Shipping
We love rewarding our customers! Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- Orders over $80: Free standard shipping within the continental United States
- Promotional Periods: Watch for special offers and seasonal promotions
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited and express shipping options will incur additional charges even if your order qualifies for free standard shipping.
4 Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- All continental United States addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping time and fees may apply)
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Important information for international orders:
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
- Restrictions: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to regulations
5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Link to track your shipment in real-time
You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your Orthaven account

6 Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Important:
- Double-check your address before submitting your order
- Include apartment/suite numbers if applicable
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
7 Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a delivery notice or safe drop-off location
- Contact us within 48 hours at contact@orthaven.com
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us immediately at contact@orthaven.com with photos and your order number
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged items.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Customs processing (for international orders)
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
8 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery. If you choose not to reship, we will process a refund minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location, shipping method, and package size. You will be notified of the carrier when your order ships.
