The cylinder shape fits under the natural curve of your neck. When you lie on your back, it fills the gap between your neck and the mattress, maintaining proper alignment. The buckwheat filling is firm enough to provide real support, but it shifts slightly to conform to your neck shape.

Why buckwheat?

Buckwheat hulls have been used in pillows for centuries in Asia. They’re naturally breathable (don’t trap heat like foam), they make a gentle rustling sound when you move, and they provide firm support that doesn’t collapse. The hulls are also hypoallergenic since they’re plant-based.

Adjustable height

The pillow comes in two pieces – an outer cover and an inner core. You can adjust the height by adding or removing buckwheat from the core. Height range is about 10-15cm (roughly 4-6 inches). This matters because the right height depends on your body size and sleeping position.

Takes getting used to
