The memory foam quality is outstanding and the ergonomic shape is clearly well thought out. It took us one or two tries to find the positioning that worked best for our height difference but once we figured it out — perfect. Cover is soft and easy to remove for washing. Would’ve given five stars if it came with a quick-start positioning guide. Really happy overall though.
